Publicity: When the house is show-ready, it's time to get the word out--a picture is worth a thousand words. Buyers must believe the house is worth their time before traveling to see it. The majority of your audience is Internet-savvy, so photographs on the Internet must make the most of this very important first impression. Photography service is included in our package; we provide the photos to you and your Realtor.

- If you prefer to do the work yourself, we provide a custom Do It Yourself action plan and demonstrate key points of professional staging.
- If you prefer to work with Pizzazz, together we roll up our sleeves and stage a couple of the main areas of the home, demonstrating how to transform spaces. We take some gorgeous photos and give them to you and your agent to use in marketing efforts.
- If Pizzazz does all the work from start to finish, we work from a custom action plan to transform your house. You walk away with a show-ready home and photographs for your agent's marketing efforts.
